Hi,

I have a quick question about the edge labels used in BNB.

I understand that PD, PP, and GE refer to protein-dna, protein-protein, and gene expression, but I can't find any key that explains the latter two numbers (ie PP.0.1 or PD.-1.1 or GE.-1.1). Is it possible to have a quick explanation of these labels so we may know the type of interaction that's present?

Best,
Julia

Hi Julia,

The interaction types are taken from the source database (i.e prolinks, bind, dip, etc) so you might be able to find more information there.

Also, note, we no longer support BioNetBuilder and the databases are considerably out of date.

Thanks,

Kevin
