Don't recall if this has been mentioned
on the forum or not, so here it is, FYI etc.

Bikes Belong Offers Funding for Bicycle Advocacy and Facilities Programs
Grants of up to $10,000 will be awarded to organizations and government agencies across the United States working to improve bike paths and facilities or whose primary mission is bicycle advocacy....

We do have a reference page for funding possibilities here, which includes this one:

Currently we need someone to pursue any of them. This would most likely need to
be done in partnership with another organization, since "Bike Richmond" is not
a legal entity.
