Hi, I've seen this recently, it was not a problem with BBB but a configuration in the LMS. When you configure the LTI, you might configure something related to privacy, which tells the LMS what information you want to be provided to the LTI application. When I saw this behavior you described, it was configured as "Privacy: Private", when it should have been configured "Privacy: Public", so name and e-mail are passed to LTI.
