Error in installing HTML5 Client

Hi ,

  I have tried installing html5 client but getting this error 
           
   sudo apt-get install -y bbb-html5
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 bbb-html5 : Depends: bbb-webrtc-sfu but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

   I have also tried reinstalling bigbluebutton , and again while installing html5 client i am getting this same error . Kindly help me to overcome this issue.

are you trying it on a local system or a remote server , either way i can help if you share your screen ?

what is the output of 

#dpkg -L bbb-html5 
#bbb-conf --status
#bbb-conf --check 

paste the output of command on a sevice like dpaste.de

        We are installing it on Remote Server 

 dpkg -L bbb-html5 

OUTPUT:
    dpkg-query: package 'bbb-html5' is not installed
Use dpkg --info (= dpkg-deb --info) to examine archive files,
and dpkg --contents (= dpkg-deb --contents) to list their contents.

Memory is low 8GB is recommended according to docs

Also only one core of CPU

The reason that you can't install is because of this:

# Warning: Did not find yq, some packages my not have been installed. To resolve, see
#

Get yq installed and then try the install again. You'll probably also want to do a full "apt-get update" "apt-get dist-upgrade" because you will be missing other packages also.

     Thanks , I have tried what you have suggested , i got installed html5 but it is not starting.

This is my html 5 client service status . Kindly help me to overcome this issue 

sudo systemctl status bbb-html5.service

Without mongo running you won't be able to start the HTML5 client, see


Let's move this discussion to the above thread and first get mongo running.
