We have just released v1.6 of Tracer. This adds a couple of new features including the ability to reconstruct skygrid coalescent models and the ability to draw densities as kernel density estimates instead of histograms to give a smoother visualisation of posterior densities of continuous parameters.

Dear Andrew,

I wonder if this is a bug of Tracer v1.6?
When the posterior of two or more analyses are compared, value of only one analysis is shown (if the values are very different; e.g. -4000, -6000 and -8000).
Please see the pictures below.

Thanks for your attention.

Best,
Kai He

Thanks - I will note it as a bug. It looks like it is only scaling the y-axis to the first trace. You could try clicking the 'Axis...' button below the plot and rescaling the axis manually.

Dear Andrew,

Attached are the trace analysis of the BEAST log file I have run.  The treeLikelihood has two peaks, does that mean two possible trees? Is there a way to show them separately?

Thanks for your help!

scaling y-axis manually doesn't work either...Thanks!
