These have NO VOTE locally, not nationally, and not internationally.
GOT IT?!!
ALSO if they call themselves "People's Democracy" or "God's
Will" or "Party for Liberation and Independence," or any such.
So some rudimentary Sanity on your part is required and MUST BE
IMPOSED by you on others, in the matter:
In order to call a crocodile a crocodile, and not a horse,
REGARDLESS of the owner wanting or even succeeding to sell
it as an "advanced horse," or as "in the local culture,
it is 'a horse':"
A crocodile is a crocodile, regardless of its name, in any
country.
And these eat any people, and they do so anywhere,
within their reach or territory or "sovereignty"
or inside their "internal affairs."
(People who want) These Dictatorships have NO VOTE
- not locally, not nationally, and not internationally.

Their vote is publicly denied, or declared and made invalid in
practical circumstances, where voting is done.

Democracy does not develop "by itself," on Earth,
but HAS TO BE FOUGHT FOR, AND PROTECTED.
What DOES develop, by itself, on Earth, is Dictatorship:
Those who shout the loudest, who are the most driven, who are
the most desirous to take control and to "lead,"
ARE the sociopaths or Criminal Minds,
and these are the most cunning, the most fiercely capable
and equally fiercely desirous of
hypnotizing the crowds, the masses or "hoi polloi"
('hoi polloi' - Greek for 'the many,' 'the common
people'),
they mesmerize the crowd, with their "charisma" - with
Life Energy* to attract people and to hypnotize them to
feel, that "what they say is true," and "is helpful."

As history has taught you - but obviously you have been hypnotized*(1)
into forgetting it again, as I was too, till I studied it again, so:
As history has taught - not you, apparently - but me,
or rather, you remain hypnotized - hypnotized into Blindness
and Oblivion,
you were and remain hypnotized BY "well-adjusted" or
hidden SOCIOPATHS, BY the Criminal Minds in current
"science," and in "religion," and dominating journalism
as well, with
Sociopaths HYPNOTIZING YOU into "having lived only one life
time," and thus, into "forgetting your own history" and into
"forgetting what dictators did to you and inflicted on your
family, and on your country"
- Wiesenthal, what an UGLY JOKE: "We hunted the last
Nazi down"
...as if these and other most violent (war)
criminals "are not reincarnating" -
that is how UGLY Criminal Minds have made you:
You don't even want to know who others are, yes,

and did and experienced and know and love,
also forgetting your innermost and deepest vows, to
PREVENT DICTATORSHIPS for ever,

Democracy - meaning Human Rights - COULD HAVE BEEN IMPOSED on Russia
and on China, *(3)
during George W. Bush's watch as American President
- I have described HOW TO, extensively, regarding Bush
in America, and regarding Tony Blair in the UK, and
regarding Mayanmar and regarding North Korea, etc.,
I have described in those earlier HRI's, HOW you do
that - *
BUT the American president, and the British premier,
- out of their PERCEIVED very short-term monetary gain -
rather did NOT apply the Human Rights Issues, and rather
ignored, what I very plainly said to them. And so, (if we stay
with America)
George W. Bush REFUSED to face, let alone inform the
public, of the sociopathy (the man-hating nature) of
China's Hu Jintao.
Instead, he very actively tried, he 'went out of his way,'
to make the sociopath and destroyer of China, Hu Jintao,
look as good as possible in public.
George W. Bush REFUSED to face the sociopathy of Russia's
Putin. Instead, he very actively tried, he 'went out of
his way,' to make the sociopath Putin and destroyer of
Russia, look as good as possible, in public. *(2)

But publicly exposing them for what they are, not via
Wikileaks, but as a responsible President or Premier,
exposing them PUBLICLY,
and (thus) adamantly demanding to be introduced to,
and do business with NON-Criminals from the country
concerned,
demanding to not deal with but PASS BY sociopaths,
and OF COURSE demanding adamantly, that responsibi-
lity is transferred to and taken by NORMAL, caring
people of the group (and a nation IS a group),
and openly, publicly stating precisely those
reasons,
is the main - and natural way - of ENFORCING Human Rights
(as described earlier to you, in the HRIs), in ANY
situation.
But you have been hypnotized BY Criminal Minds, by
"socially well-adjusted" sociopaths, to not even
consider that - that
what is the only normal and ethical behavior in the
matter! *(a)

anymore of Evil, of Evil individuals, of their motivations, of
their tactics, etc..
