Introducing new Google Group labels

[Beneficiary Claims Data API (BCDA) Community]

Hello BCDA Community, 

We’ve created new labels for everyone to use when navigating the Google Group. Use the following labels to quickly find answers to common questions and conversations related to your specific issue: 

• Announcement – Announcements from the BCDA team 
  • Examples: API enhancements, scheduled maintenance, upload delays, performance year transition

• AboutBCDA – General questions on BCDA and how it works
  • Examples: Questions on the timing of claims updates and how BCDA compares to CCLF

• ConnectingToTheAPI – Questions on connecting to the API
  • Examples: Problems with authorization or credentials

• RetrievingData – Questions on requesting and downloading data
  • Examples: Unable to download data or make job requests due to error codes 

• DataFields – Questions on the claims data you’ve received
  • Examples: Missing or incomplete data, mapping data fields to another data source

These will be the only labels used moving forward. We encourage everyone to use these labels to discover relevant information and save time while troubleshooting. Learn how to search for conversations using labels.
