• Last Saturday, Eric and Cedric done small workshop where they showed
us how they are executing solar sound project.
• They are using 2 solar panels, invertor supporting solar panel
besides regular power. They are using gel battery.
• They assembled whole system and show working demo solar energy
generation (by running cool fan in 32C hot Bangalore :), which made it
practically very cool. )
• Using this setup with audio device, they are doing 'Rock The Sun' a
technological, social and cultural project in India. For same, on 10th
March, Lecture and music event at Jaaga. 11th March Lecture and DJ set
under than sun at Jaaga, 18th March Performance at Alliance Francaise,
Pune and 21th March Performance at Soireee Franco - Suisse of the
Alliance Francaise, Bangalore. (Detailed event brochure attached.)
• They explained about various solar related projects they have done
in past. More details about them are available at :
• Another Interesting Project they informed me was about Solar Sinter
: http://www.markuskayser.com/work/solarsinter/ Here, Using controlled
moment of focal spot, someone has made 3d printer which converts sand
into glass object.
• Solar project requires fair amount of battery. Battery looses it's
performance over a period or gets spoiled. To use such battery, one
can use battery conditioner. Attached is details of Megapulse battery
conditioner.
• One such battery conditioner is also avaiable here in Bangalore by S
M Technology, Rajajinagar:

• Another demo of solar steam in cooking, where street vendor uses
solar energy to cook tacos
