If it's printing from SD, it should continue chugging merrily along.
If it's printing over USB, it will run until its buffer is empty, which is not long. Probably just a few moves. If the extruder is on, it will likely stay on and extrude a giant blob.
Either way, replicatorg will probably hang. :)
