Please help with new translation

This record is not very clear. I think I see the marriage of Lucas Texeira and Theresa (?) .

 

His parents Manuel (?) Texeira and Maria ...

Her parents Manuel Cardoza and Maria Pereira.

 

I am not sure of the date because I am having trouble with that particular script and can't see where the parents were native of.

I *think* I can make out "naturais ____ (esta) mesma parochial" meaning they were born there?

Here is what I can make out
Lucas Teixeira son of Manuel Teixeira Simoes and Maria Silveira (Sylvra) with Teresa (Theresa) maria daughjter of Manuel Cardoso (Garcia?) and Maria Pereira all of Sao Matheus, place of Urselina.

thank you all so much for this great reply. I have another question -

 

The unclear second name of the bride Teresa/Theresa  (Maria??)  It does look like Maria on her marriage record. However, I went back and looked at the marriage record of her daughter Francisca Josefa and her parents are named as Lucas Teixeira and Theresa de Jesus (?). 

 

 I am sure they are the right couple because the daughter married on the anniversary of her parents. - Dec 26 and the names are rather uncommon.
