can someone help reading a record?

I was wondering if someone can have a look at this record.

I'm having trouble reading past the date of death, age and wife's name in this 1773 death record for Antonio Furtado, Velas. 

The record is on the left side of the document.  Antonio M. to Maria da conciecao.

The record says:

  Antonio  (Anto.) Furtado married to maria (Ma.) da Conceicao.
  
  Nov 23, 1773 (a little misleading, as looks like 1763... but all other records
  around these pages  clearly state  1773).

  Age  58 years old, more or less.

Hi Ary,
thanks. I had about that much. I was wondering if any other family
names were listed in the record. Usually not in that time period, but
sometimes they mention other family.
