I get the feeling this Artha neo is a sham. They've enticed us to invest and now they drag so much where we volunteer to opt out. And i've cancelled mine.

They are playing it smartly by returning all that one has paid, but what about the interest on the money and the appreciation in the price of the land over the course of our holding, we get none of that.

I agree totally...every time you question them they will bring the topic of returning money in case you want....Midas plot they had sold for 900rs..now aspire is 1500rs...if they have to refund they should give this appreciation of money to us

Absolutely agree with you guys. I too requested to cancel and within a week they made my cheque ready !! nice way of making money Artha. They will wait for the price to appreciate till 2000 or 3000 and sell it at a premium, by that time they would have got all documents ready.

I have send the following e mail today to artha, Waiting for their response on the same.

Dear Abhinash,

Got your mail, Please let me know what I need to read from your mail? What updates you have in your mail? It is high time for you to share the entire plan of the project individually or in a group meeting. Please think yourself, we are getting many response from various sources about your (i mean Artha's executives) irresponsible reaction on Artha NEo project. Also this leads many of them to cancel the booking. We invest our hard earned money in you, Artha thinking we get very good outcome from you. But We are totally confused.

Also heard that you are returning money without any hesitation. So what is your strategy? You really want us to withdraw our booking?

Moreover, it is realized that the Artha Neo project (all the three) are disappeared from your website. What this means? Why this project is not in your current running projects?

Waiting for your call for a meeting to explain the entire situation and further plans.

Hi,

I have never got an email from Artha group regarding the project. However i do get some useless promotional emails of their other projects!!!

Whenever i call or meet them , every time i had mentioned this - that no matter how much the project is delayed and whatever be the reason - atleast inform the customers. Send an update email. I understand project delays but no response or ignorance is just not acceptable.

Unfortunately these people turn a deaf ear to everything.

I had an half an hour discussion with Artha (Mr Sourabh) today about the project status. He was very polite (even I was not) in discussion. But I have insisted to have a general meeting with Artha (with higher officials) soon. He, Sourabh agreed to meet us on a weekend at their office. Final date and time to be decided.

So friends, this is the time, we need to react on our issues. Please narrate the points one by one and put in front of them,

from my side these are the main points,

1. Arthas strategy on their Neo bangalore project and how as a customer I believe them
2. A clear time line for each and every process from now onwards
3. Tendative registration date and handover date

I proposed 23rd Aug 2014 at 11 AM at Their Hoskote Office (Near MVJ Medical college), Will inform you all once I get a confirmation from Artha

Note: I think min 10 people who booked in various projects (Aurum, Sovreign and Midas) to be present at that time. Please feel free to post, who can come

Hello everybody

Recently I contacted artha regarding clarification for aurum project. they have given some clarification/details of progress. What is unclear is why they took off this project from their website completely.

My email was

Hello,

I am  have booked a plot in aurum.
About 6 months ago I had sent you an email expressing concern due to delay in aurum registrations.

Over this period nothing has happened and your staff are still giving the standard replies that it will happen in fortnight.

On top of this the artha aurum has been completely removed from your website.


Could you please provide me with an update and honest response regarding reasons for delay.

Their respose was---

This is to inform you that we are expecting the approval of our project Aurum towards end of August and will surely keep you posted also while the prices have appreciated immensely in the last one year. Following is the work being done at the project.

 

Ø  Sewage Line Excavation is under progress,90 % completed.

Ø  Sewage pipe laying works under progress, 60 % completed.

Ø  Manhole Excavation under progress, 90% completed.

Ø  Manhole construction under progress, 80% completed.

Ø  Manhole plastering works under progress, 70% completed.

Ø  Water line excavation works – started – 15 % completed

Ø  Raw water tank – excavation and PCC completed.

Ø  Road filling and compaction and cutting to level the undulations to be started.

 

Site development work at full swing, please find the attached pictures of Aurum layout.

Dear Friends,

Here are the updates of the meeting with Artha on saturday at Marthahalli office. The sad thing was only three of us could attend the meeting. It was really a chance to get hold of them. Try to join next meeting (if any) in a group.

We have put the following questions on them

1. Why Neo Bangalore projects (Aurum, Sovereign and Midas)  are dis appeared from the website
2. Status of Approval process
3. Clear timeline of the project from now.

Why Neo Bangalore projects (Aurum, Sovereign and Midas) disappeared from the website

As usual, they were replying in general manner, saying that 'it is a sold out project, so they cannot keep in the website because they need to answer for many equerries etc etc'. Artha officials shown us the price list in the website, in that Aurum, Soverign and Midas are still there.
Our observation: I/we feel that they are currently selling the Neo Aspire project. If they shown Aurum, Sovereign and Midas in the website as soldout, so many questions may come from the Aspire customer, through which they lose the customer (as there is no progress in the completed project).
Conclusion: Finally they have agreed that they will show these projects in website (i don't know when)

Status of Approval process and timeline

As per them, the status/timeline is as follows

1. Aurum:
DC conversion - done
HPA approval - done
Site work - in progress fast (dont know as we didn't visit the site)
Registration: Soon will start

2. Sovereign
DC conversion: Expected by 31 Oct (I wonder! They have collected the booking amount (2L) even the site is not DC converted! I shocked)
HPA approval: 90 days from DC conversion (means by Jan 2015)
Site work - No progress as they dont have any approval yet
Registration: Only after getting approval

3. Midas
DC conversion: Done
HPA approval: expected by 31 Oct
Site work: in progress, slowly
Registration: after getting HPA approval (expected by Nov 2014)

Handover for all the projects: 18 months from the date of registration (as per them)

Conclusion: Based on our demand, Artha agreed to send a mail per month about the progress of the project to all who booked in Aurum, Sovereign and Midas.

Even they have tried to blame Govt for the delay, I am not so happy on the same. As I could get an approved plot in this area by paying little higher amount (may be 1300 instead of 1000), but all these issues could have avoided!!

Note: Artha said they will prepare a minutes of meeting and send to me, I thought I will update to you all after getting this mail. But so far nothing came from them.

Thanks Narayan for your update regarding meeting.

I personally could not get involved as in abroad.at present.

I feel unless we all put collective pressure, things wont move. In this direction, this meeting is significant.

regarding aurum i have recieved some pictures, which shows ongoing work-the  details of which have already been posted by myself.. It is a bit shocking to note that they have collected money for midas and soverign without due approvals.
