Anyone aware of the cancellation procedures for Artha Aurum? I paid 30% of the sale price. How much money will they deduct if we cancel the booking. I didn't sign the agreement yet. Please let me know.

Hi Ram,
Could I ask what triggered you to think about cancelling plot in aurum? It would be useful for forum members if you could share your reasons that made you to come to this decision.
You may have to contact artha team, and my thoughts are you should have no problem in cancelling plot and getting full refund minus some administrative charges.
