Dear all,

we recently upgraded to Archivematica version 1.13.1 on Ubuntu 20.04. Unfortunately since then ingests can't be completed because of an error message "Failed transfer compliance".

A similar issue has already been reported in this group (Upgrade to 1.13 Failed transfer compliance errors), however, the solution that was kindly provided in this thread was not applicable to our problem because of the different operating system used.

Below I would have attached an error message from var/log/archivematica/storage-service/storage_service.log although I'm not sure if it is related to the transfer compliance error.

If someone would have an idea of how to solve this problem, it would be a great help for us.

Thank you very much in advance and kind regards,

Jens
