Actually the problem is due to a quantum time zone.. the web pages,
rules, submission forms, etc are already up and running at the various
Google farms around the world. However due to some new QM technology
they were testing to make the day inside of a google campus 36 hours
long versus 24.. its caused a large uncertainty of when the pages will
be available to people outside of Google. They were either available
sometime after 1902 or sometime before 2036... depending on the
wavelength and speed of the internet user
