Please be advised that we here at the International Internet
Commission are now well aware of your erratic behavior
while posting to various news groups on the Internet.

To put it mildly, It disturbs us greatly.

We have received countless complaints from customers
that there has been a drastic shortage of capital letters
while trying to post messsages to news groups.

Our intense vestigation has determined that YOU are primarily
responsible for the shortfall.
<
Your disgusting habit of writing your headers in all capital
letters has slowly depleted the available supply. Consequently,
it has been the source of frustration and great annoyance
to millions of other Internet users worldwide, especially in
he Far East when it is evening in their time zone whenever
it is early morning in NYC.
<
You are hereby instructed to cease and desist from using
capital letters with reckless abandon and, by doing so, leave
some for our other customers worldwide.
<
Meanwhile, we would appreciate if you would download
our computer and return -- via Priority Mail -- ALL of the capital
letters (as well as all exclamation points) stored inside your
hard drive in order to help us replenish our dwindling resources
until the situation gets back to normal.
