Most Christians don't deny much of the Bible either.

No, I'm not kidding, and he quit posting his usual venom to me after
revealing his delusion. Suddenly, he doesn't want to talk to me. What
he said in response to my saying he thought that about himself was
along these lines, 'What IF God chose one man? That's how it always
works', confirming it rather than denying it. Here you go, this is
how it started; the quote of him is at the link following his quote,
and I think he was talking to Mark T: who was posting as "THE LORD":
I had added this:
"[WHOM IKE CLAIMS IS IKE]".
When I responded to this quote of him he had further things to say, in
his reply to me (also quoted below with a link).
Linda Lee wrote:
"According to Ike, the Messiah (God incarnate) had to choose 12 men to
preach his gospel (the apostles), but the Messiah/God only chose ONE
MAN (IKE) in the last 2,000 years to interpret ALL prophesy for him."
<BEGIN QUOTE>
IKE SAYS:
"Now, here's the thing. God can't talk to the "experts," and has never
been able to--they all think they know what they're talking about when
they
don't, and God can't get a word in edgewise.
So what does God do?
He goes out and find 12 sheep ranchers, fishermen, and a tax collector
who DON'T have preconceived theological notions, and trains them [THE
APOSTLES] up to teach what HE wants taught, DESPITE the "experts" (who
are really no experts at all).
So what does God do when He wants prophecy explained the RIGHT way?
He can't go to the Seminarians, or Bible College teachers, or Divinity
School professors--THEY aren't LISTENING because they already THINK
they know what they're talking about.
So he goes and finds some relatively smart (but common) fellow
[WHOM IKE CLAIMS IS IKE] who is from several disciplines (military,
agricultural, academic, etc.) and says "Let Me show you some things
that no one has noticed."
So what YOU think is "an embarrassment" is MY GREATEST STRENGTH.
<chuckle> "

And here is his post to me two days later where he defends his claim,
saying, "And what IF "God only chose ONE MAN (Ike) in the last 2,000
years to interpret ALL prophecy for Him?" GOD HAS ALWAYS STARTED WITH
"ONE MAN." "
Ike quotes me posting the following paragraph; his reply follows it:
"> According to Ike, the Messiah (God incarnate) had to choose 12 men
as
> apostles to preach his gospel, but God only chose ONE MAN (IKE) in
> the last 2,000 years to interpret ALL prophesy for him, and that man was
> Ike.
[IKE SAYS]
Notice how Jezebel here has to divert from the facts to the ad
hominem
attack.
And what IF "God only chose ONE MAN (Ike) in the last 2,000 years to
interpret ALL prophecy for Him?"
GOD HAS ALWAYS STARTED WITH "ONE MAN."
(And the Disciples didn't start first, JESUS started first."
See, the REAL issue here is YOUR JEALOUSY--you keep making stupid
statements; Ike keeps destroying them. "
