Any given topic and not what's supposed to be the main topics of

The facts remain that (1) you can't post to common newsgroups with aioe; and
(2) you're limited to a small number of posts to all newsgroups with aioe.

Hence, it's useful to have another (perhaps similar) newsserver, where
neodome (+ probably others) helped fill the gaps in Paolo's server coverage.
