Around a dozen years ago there was a gore site called "Ogrish", now defunct. I found a video there that showed a Russian defense contractor prone on the ground. An insurgent shot him twice in the head, and both times the guys head rose towards the shooter. I`ve never been able to re-find this after the demise of the site I found it, but these exchanges made at the time will back up my recollections somewhat...

the second shot lifting a fair amount of weight up (head and shoulders)
against gravity. With Kennedy sitting upright, there would be much less

And for the hell of it let me throw this video out for consideration. Full scale the video imbedded in the article to get the best view. It is a shootout in Puerto Rico where five or six people were killed. The one I want to draw attention to is the guy sitting on his butt in the doorway at 1:05. His shooter can clearly be seen and he clearly fall towards the guy who shot him.
