Why doesn't HeartDoc Andrew judge others ?

The reason why http://bit.ly/HeartDocAndrew doesn't judge (Matthew 7:1) others is because he is called to diagnose as evident by his clearly being the HeartDoc prophesied (Jeremiah 17:9) by Prophet Jonah in his being able (Philippians 4:13) to diagnose that Mark Earnest is perishing (i.e. needing to be born-again per John 3:3 & 5) in need of GOD changing his heart (Ezekiel 11:19-20 & 36:26):
