I assume it was intentional, but why did you use plurals?

You are wrong to assume. Thanks for your attention. Btw,
hogs and masked bandits are groundhogs and raccoons
respectively. I probably shouldn’t assume you knew that.

Yep, masked bandits are on my like list as long as they stay out of the trash and hogs are on my shit list, of which badgers hold the top position. Ever hear of a whistle pig?

You are correct, ME....yesterday I posted more poetry than the two dead-beats in a month.

For Dockery and his editor wonder why he isn't in the compilation, is self explanatory.

The two dead-beats are responsible for this groups ugly face and any thought that fewer posts by the dead-beats would create a better group, is foolish.

You sprinkle in some Jordy, and some gospel by an ex Russian patriot...add in the spaghetti logic of Dance up in Canada and you wind up with a very sour stew.

Michael and now Mr. Ash have tried their best to smooth the waters and from that we get blogs by two of the worst members here.

Michaels monthly gig is well worth the time I spend here, watching s it just ight become the answer. Too think offering the two dead-beats respect is pure folly.

All that is needed is to review their work, their words and deeds. Nothing points to anything worthwhile.

With that said, I'll go back to poetry, after all this is a poetry group.

It could become a franchise: of for-fucking-ever flailing and flaying fools figuratively.

casts an unforgiving light upon their deeds.
I would say it is for the best-

No zod. You’re confused.
You are what is known as a slurper.
Glad I could straighten that out for you.

Like I told Will, take it elsewhere. Until Will started trolling tonight, you didn't notice that your enemies stopped when I said something about fighting in the thread. Hardly sounds like slurping, could it actually be respect which you cannot get with your fighting? Since you won't listen to anyone other than GD, I can only depend on Hieronymous to potentially reaffirm what I'm trying to get across to you. But I don't think you would listen. If you need it explained better, go read the latest thread I started.

Again, Ash, you're mistaken.

Mr. Rochester trolled me, you didn't stop him. As usual, you gave him a pass to post whatever trollish bullshit He wants about me.

Here's the post, which I mostly snipped his name-calling personal attack out of:

Then why are you fighting on a commentary thread. Hieronymous and I will pick up with commentary after you're done. And don't bullshit me about someone else starting it-- that was stopped-- ask everyone else, but you won't listen to anyone except for yourself.

I responded to an attack made here on me by Mr. Rochester, here's the link to prove that:

If you'd stop trying to defend Rochester when he's obviously in the wrong here, then this discussion can end.

All clear now, Ash?

You are a moron-- and I'm a moron for trying to get it through your thick skull-- I had told everyone to stop the fighting here-- they did, Hieronymous and I were posting as if things were back to normal and you dredge things back up and started the fight again. When a fight is broken up, there's no getting a last shot in-- everyone stops period-- but not on the Usenet. That's why you are here, you can do the fuck as you please and no one can stop you. Well lots of luck in getting people not to speak negatively of you. I will be warning new members of you after this and you will prove my point for me to them.

Thank you for helping me build a good piece of evidence to show new members...

No, your fuckhead friend Mr. Rochester posted a few things about me that I read and responded to.

He's been doing this for years and I expect him to for the rest of his life.

Your friend "Edward Rochester" aka Jim Senetto is an obsessed, bitter fool... but dpnt take my word for it, here's a quote from George Dance that puts Senetto in a nutshell:

https://groups.google.com/g/alt.arts.poetry.comments/c/ig0yx5dMv4Q/m/MEY6f_yhBAAJ

"Because Jim Obsesso aka "Edward Rochester" is a spamtroll. That's what spamtrolls do: they post the same thing over and over into multiple threads (spamming) to disrupt whatever discussions are going on in them (trolling). Obsesso started spamtrolling the group in 2018, spamming a personal attack on Stephan Pickering that NastyGene had written dozens, possibly hundreds, of times. After he started spamming that shit into the threads I was on, I asked him to stop; and he just kept spamming the same shit. To get him to stop, I had to start counter-spamming the same shit back into his "poetry" threads (yes, he was pretending to write "poetry" in those days). That did make him stop. Of course he had a meltdown about my counter-spamming..." -George J. Dance

And... so it goes.

I did, I confess.

I'm reading "The Garden" now...

I expected it to be an Easter poem about Jesus in the Garden, but so far I don't detect any of that imagery.

I remembered a poem of yours about building a fence to keep out deer, and see this isn't that poem.

I see raccoons and hogs and, apparently, a streaker, good, involving read, I'll probably rank this poem with your best.

More comments later, thumbs up, so far.

The biblical inference is well justified. It’s just a another
‘Naked Man in The Garden’ poem like Adam in Eden,
except this one is either metaphorically literal, or literally
metaphorical in every respect, depending on how you read it.

Knowing you as well as I do, as I read the poem, I have the image of you working in your garden in your birthday suit, wearing a mask.

In properly Dr. Suess fashion, corn stalks obscure the objectionable anatomy.

Although I can certainly appreciate the imagery,
if you read the poem more closely, you'll see

as pertains to the stains on the boxers I bore.
