It appears that, based from the screenshot you've provided, it is of a simulation of a campaign's target ROAS. You can check this link for an example on how to report via Google Ads Scripts. Via Reporting, you can check and see if the information is retrievable using the report type campaign_simulation. Kindly take note of the available reporting fields which can be used. The field campaign_simulation.target_roas_point_list.points outputs values of projected metrics for a series of target ROAS amounts. You can also make use of the query builder for the specific report type in order to help you build your query.
