Google Scripts Fundamentally Broken Right Now?

I'm experiencing problems across multiple scripts that I have been using for a long time. These errors are both inconsistent and don't make a lot of sense. Campaign selection errors saying there is no next object, date formatting utility not responding, among other examples. 

Is there something wrong with the execution of scripts in general? 

I see some other recent threads posted here that seem to allude to there being a bigger issue than any one specific thing.

Looks like there also mystery errors over in sheets for pulling analytics data from old UA accounts...

Have seen problems with all scripts. 

Selection of errors:

from the SBD MCC Uploader V2:

TypeError: campaign.addLanguage is not a function - this might have been depracated in the last week - I can't find this in the documentation and worked around it by using CSV upload to create campaign with language already set.  

10 second timeout not finding campaign being generated - before a 5 second delay was enough to avoid this

Campaign selector for sure had campaigns, but using the iterator to get that campaign it returns:

Error: No more values at Gk.next (adsapp_compiled:3044:13) at deployToAccounts (Code:188:47) at Object.<anonymous> (adsapp_compiled:19716:54)

I worked around this by adding a redundant secondary campaign selector. Just re-select the campaign again and this seemed to stop happening. 

MCC Auto Pacer V2:

Exception: The parameters (String,String,String) don't match the method signature for Utilities.formatDate. at Code:155:35 at Array.forEach (<anonymous>) at updateCampaigns (Code:154:17) at main (Code:42:14) at Object.<anonymous> (adsapp_compiled:19716:54)

I'm not really looking for any specific help with any of these scripts though. None of these errors are consistent or replicable.
