Hi,
This is Yasmin from the Google Ads scripts team.
Just circling back here, could you please confirm if you are still encountering the issue or are still in need of assistance with this?
If yes, kindly note that, currently, the Google Ads scripts infrastructure is based on the Google Ads API. Since the new experience uses Google Ads API reporting, by default, it omits rows with zero impressions. This script has a filter set at the top of the script that specifies only rows with 0 impressions are included. I would recommend testing by removing this filter (or increasing the number it checks impressions for) and checking against a similar report in the Ads UI. You may check this link from the Google Ads API documentation on zero metrics for more information.
I've migrated the script basing from your script 'Zombie' which you can see in the attachments. Let us know if we can assist you with anything else.
Regards,

Hi Mat,
Thank you for providing your insights on this, however, kindly do note that the new Google Ads scripts infrastructure is based on the Google Ads API. As per the documentation on Zero Metrics from the Google Ads API documentation here, Google Ads API reporting automatically excludes zero impression rows when a report is segmented.
On that note, if you would like to identify rows for an offer ID with 0 clicks and 0 impressions, you will need to add another metric in your query (e.g conversion). You may check the sample query here. Again, rows whose selected metrics are all zero won't be returned.
Let us know if you have any other concerns or clarifications.
Best regards,
Hi Martina,
Kindly see my insights to your concerns below:
Please do note that, in general, the Google Ads API does not support zero metrics and is not just observed within the shopping_performance_view report type. If you'd have any further concerns with regard to the Google Ads API's behaviour, I'm afraid that our team would be unable to further comment on it as we're only able to provide our assistance to Google Ads Scripts technical concerns (e.g issues when implementing scripts). With this, I would recommend reaching out to the Google Ads API support team by posting on the Google Ads API Forum so that you may be able to receive insights as to why zero metrics are not supported.
You will need to add another metric in your query. Again, you may refer to this guide on how you may do this with your report. You may check the table of your products from your Google Ads account's interface in order to identify metrics which do not have a zero value. From that, you may utilize it as a metric in your query in order to retrieve those products containing zero clicks and impressions, but it would be intended behavior that the product you're aiming to retrieve to not be returned in your report even if you have included other metrics as long as those other metrics also have zero values.
On that note, since it appears that your concern is more on Google Ads API reports rather than anything specific to the implementation of scripts, I would recommend that you instead reach out to the Google Ads API Forum for further assistance as they would be better equipped to address your concern.
Best regards,
