Google Ads permission issue when adding business location information

Hi,

I wonder if someone might be able to help me. I am trying to add my business location under the section:

"Tools and Settings > Setup > Business Data > Business Profile Locations"

Every time I try to add my business details and click the save button I get the error message:

"The user doesn't have permission to perform this action." (See  attached image)

I have checked everywhere and I should have full access to everything so am not sure what to do to rectify this issue. Maybe there is a section I am missing where I need to check permissions?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
