Hello everyone,

I've used the following code:  Creates a report detailing which search queries are triggering multiple ad groups. · GitHub

But I don't want to detect duplicated search queries / search terms in ad groups, I only want to detect them on a campaign level. But I don't find where I can change it.

Maybe someone here has an Idea. Thank you in advance.

Best regards
Moritz

Hi Moritz,

Yasmin here from the Google Ads Scripts Team. Please excuse us for only getting back now as your message failed to be routed to our support queue.

You would need to update the script's query based on your use-case. However, as it is not part of our solution scripts documentation, we cannot further comment regarding it and would instead recommend you reach out to the author of that script (Brainlabs) as they are more knowledgeable with the behavior of that script and can continuously assist you in your implementation in accordance to the Google Ads new script experience. You may reach out to their support team via this link.

As an aside, I've observed that this script is not migrated yet as it's fields still conform to the AWQL, and the Google Ads Scripts new experience is making use of GAQL due to it having a completely rewritten backend to take advantage of new features in the Google Ads API. I would suggest to refer to our migration guide as well as the resource mapping documentation in order to migrate the script. You may also refer to their Reporting documentation for the available resource fields which you may utilize.

Let us know if we can assist you with anything else.

Best regards,

Yasmin
