keyword recommendation ressource_id update

Hi, 

At which frequency and hour during the day does the 'ressource_id' for keyword recommendation is updated on your end? 

We fetch keyword recommendation and we have a 24hr delay for application. Once we want to apply the keyword recommendation through the API, it says not_exist status. And we actually fetch the same keyword but with a new ressource_id. So we can't apply the recommendation.
