Google Ads APi - no replay for basic access

Hi

Over month ago I applied for basic access to Google Ads API and I haven't got any response yet.

I tried to reapply for basic access and contact helpdesk but i didn't get any response.
Can you please help me with this issue?

I didn't receive any request ID and my MCC ID 716-027-9243
