Customer report - customer.conversion_tracking_setting.conversion_tracking_id is flagged as sortable, but says otherwise

When doing a customer report and using "customer.conversion_tracking_setting.conversion_tracking_id" in orderBy clause we get the following error:

  error_code { query_error: PROHIBITED_FIELD_IN_ORDER_BY_CLAUSE } message: "The following field may not be used in ORDER BY clause: \'customer.conversion_tracking_setting.conversion_tracking_id\'." }

I am a bit surprised as documentation clearly says that this field is sortable.

With regard to your concern. We totally agree that customer.conversion_tracking_setting.conversion_tracking_id should be allowed in Order by clause because it is sortable. For us to further investigate your concern, could you please provide us the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end? You can provide it by sending it to our email address googleadsa...@google.com. If you haven't enabled the logging yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. Let us help you find out what is the main cause of that error and provide a proper solution to solve it.
