Data not populating in Google Ads Customer List

I have both on segment members history showing success as well as all api calls showing that the list upload for customer match are success. 

However after waiting over 48 hours there is no data populated in the customer list.

You mentioned that you have uploaded customer match data via the Google Ads API and it appears that the data are not yet visible in the Google Ads UI. Having said that, can you please provide the below complete API logs so that our team can better investigate and provide precise recommendations?

You may then send the requested logs via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
