Fetching caller phone number from call extension using API

Hi! 

Is there any updates on https://groups.google.com/g/adwords-api/c/3krv5ygd-Ic/m/UME4Q5r3BgAJ ??

We also need to get the caller's number on our ads.

We can get the caller's number from the UI and set up an auto-send report to the mail, then parse the report. So the information is available to us, but not by API, which is very sad.

Please, implement the feature.

Our team understands the importance of this feature to your team. Unfortunately, however, we have yet to receive information regarding the callers' phone numbers being included in the call_view report.

Since you mentioned being able to retrieve this via the (Google Ads) UI, could you share the complete screenshot containing the said information? Also, since it would contain phone numbers, I would recommend that you also send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.

This is so that I can include these details in the previous feature request that was raised.

Is this still working for you? When I scheduled the report it sends an email to login and doesn't have attachment.

To answer your concern, upon checking the feature request that my colleague raised about the phone number. As of now there is no update on the created feature request and it is still subject for review but keep monitoring blog for any available updates.
