Adwords Geotargets Postal Codes

Hello everyone,

I'm exploring the Adwords Geotargets Postal Codes CSV file here (latest version as of 8/18).

Does anyone know a) who creates this file and b) why some geo targets would be in there but others are missing?

I would like to suggest first referring to this list as it provides the latest list of geo targets.

As for who created the file, our team is the one that maintains the file. But please note that its content is only based on the list of what the product team will create. With this, to answer as well your second question, I would suggest reaching out to the product team to clarify why some geo targets would be in there but others are missing.
