Hi,
Just to let you know that after having reported issue 901 (http://code.google.com/p/mb-unit/issues/detail?id=901), I worked on a patch proposal to add support for app.config files that include configSource usage.
I added unit tests to ensure it works as expected.
As this is my first contribution to the project, I may have done something wrong.
Please let me know if it needs rework.
