至于宣言的话，其实“以前的翻译”说说容易，仔细找找看是有很多的版本的，这种情况下讲“适用不适用”并不是很恰当的说法，至少要找到一个广泛接受的版本吧？
另一方面，program的主要负责人Henrik的观点是，关键在于联结整个社区，而不是得到一个版本。相关的回复可以参考他的一个回复：<https://groups.google.com/group/agile-manifesto-translation/t/3684eee4cde5780d>，部分内容如下：
There is no deadline. It is more important to get a "good enough"
translation that is accepted by the community, than to rush to get
done by a deadline. However if the translation process is "paused" I
would recommend taking steps to un-pause it, since we regularly get
requests from people who are interested in contributing to the chinese
translation.
