One general question, the Simplified Chinese translation is a bit slow
and kind of paused recently, therefore I'm a bit concerned about :
- should we complete Simplified Chinese translation before a certain "deadline"
- or having through discussion
- or any other considerations
which one is more important, or which ones should we consider?
p.s. another question
- can / will / should we update even after we published the text onto
Agile Manifesto page like EN version?

There is no deadline. It is more important to get a "good enough"
translation that is accepted by the community, than to rush to get
done by a deadline. However if the translation process is "paused" I
would recommend taking steps to un-pause it, since we regularly get
requests from people who are interested in contributing to the chinese
translation.

Feel free to publish drafts of the translation. They will appear under
http://agilemanifesto.org/iso
I suggest you do that regularly to get community feedback. In the
Swedish translation I did three or four such iterations over a one
month period.
Don't update the language menu until the translation is finished
though, once you update the language menu your translation will be
available from the english page http://agilemanifesto.org
After we publish the language menu you can still edit the translation.
Hopefully you will only need minor edits at that point though -
spelling mistakes and such.

Yes, if the impediment is "paused" then try to activate it again
instead of waiting, that's for sure. And I don't want to have spelling
or grammer errors in the published version, we shouldn't make that
kind of mistakes :-)
