Commuter Check program?

Hello there!

I work with a kid's bicycle program (Scraper Bikes) and we're looking to see if we can find a list of businesses that have an active Commuter Check Program. We'd like to ask these businesses if some employees would be willing to donate their unused commuter benefit checks so that we can purchase children's locks for their bicycles. Where could we find a list of businesses that have a commuter check program?
