I did just now look at your GCode - and it has a couple standard M140 & M190 for bed temps - but, doesn't set it to Zero until Ending GCode. So - not sure of the Issue - but, maybe, since Andy owns a Tenlog - maybe he has seen this issue before.

Be sure to check each material preset. Each material has a bed temp. I recall once I had this turned off on one preset and the bed went cold during the print.
