While printing a simple 10x10cm box I noticed that it will detach from the bed. I noticed hat after the 2nd layer the bed temperature was set to 0C instead of the 50C. I sliced my object and yet again the same thing happened. I am new to prusa slicer I dont know if this is a problem with the slicer or the tenlog. I did it for 3rd time and the same thing. But this time I manually reset the temperature to 50C. Why is the bed temperature doing this? Attached my gcode file
Thanks

I did just now look at your GCode - and it has a couple standard M140 & M190 for bed temps - but, doesn't set it to Zero until Ending GCode. So - not sure of the Issue - but, maybe, since Andy owns a Tenlog - maybe he has seen this issue before.

Thanks for looking. The build plate temperature switched to 0C twice during  4 hour print. I had to babysit the printer to adjust the temperature back to 50C

Did you import the right Printer Profile when setting up Prusa Slicer>

I had all kinds of weird issues with PS until I found out the profiles are all under LNL3D in PS.

Be sure to check each material preset. Each material has a bed temp. I recall once I had this turned off on one preset and the bed went cold during the print.

Thanks. That is great idea. Never thought of that!

I believe I discovered the problem. Neither the slicer nor the filament parameters resolve the issue. As with other Chinese products, the instructions are bad. Tenlog gives no indication of what some user interphase choices are for. The "eco mode" is a hidden feature in the settings. I'm not sure what it's for, but enabling it causes problems with the bed temperature.IMG_9006.JPG
I probably should post this in another thread but I found multiple other problems mainly with the user interphase, firmware/marlin version.

1) Toggling the "light" option has no effect. I believe the that solid square means "disabled" and the little black one "enable"
2) The power loss recovery or filament sensor filament change works inconsistently. I tried to resume a print after a power loss and filament change and the printer acted funny. First the print bed stepper motor stuttered and the noozzles temperature were set to 0C.
3) Wifi does not work. When it did the user interphase was horrible in many ways
4) I want to use Ocoprint but it is not connecting with the Raspberry pi using the USB port.

Besides this, it prints fantastic using the SD card and disabling the stupid eco mode.

Thanks for comments on Eco mode, I will double check mine.

I agree with Firmware comments. I have similar troubles with pausing prints using the UI. And during many other UI interactions the printer will start actiing erratically. Level, positioning via UI, etc.

So I fixed the bed temp problem by disabling the Eco Mode. Yesterday, I was printing two color fortnite medallions for my son and his friends and found more problems. I realized that the noozle temperatures do not register when you print the same thing a second time.

This is what happens: I warm up my printer hitting the PLA option (E1:200C,E2:200C,Bed:40C). Run the first print and temps are registered as I set in prusa slicer (E1: 210C, E2:200C, bed: 50C). Wonderful prints. Temps go back to 0C. Remove the prints quickly and select print again. Now, the temps never register and keep going down to 0C. I have to set this manually to print again. Temps only register if you turn the printer off and start again!

I know this is not about the temp problem, but I set my Tenlog up last night and I can not get E2 to level. It is perfect on one side of the bed and then to far away on the other side. Any ideas of how to fix this? I leveled it how they say to.

E2 has a screw on the back of it to adjust the height. Did you they that?

Yes I did. And no matter how many times I did it was still to far away on one side of the bed

I am not an expert by any means. Just to understand, E1 prints fine throughout but E2 only on one side.

how far off is it? my guess is that the nozzle is uneven on the X axis but not on Y axis. Perhaps the extruder is tilted during assembly?
