I have looked through and followed the FA@ page,

I just noticed this the first time today.

It throws this error with firefox or chrome both are up to date Zap is at 2.13.0 and says it is up to date

The only thing I am seeing (Because of the Windows Insider program) is it looks like it may have something to do with
2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 version 22H2 for x64 based Systems (KB5030300)

Does anyone know of a fix for this?

I have also uninstalled ZAP and reinstalled to make sure it wasn't something like that.

Do you have both Firefox and Chrome installed?
Can you start them from the command line?

ZAP will only be able to launch browsers which are on your path.
However you can tell ZAP where the binaries are via the Selenium Options page: https://www.zaproxy.org/docs/desktop/addons/selenium/options/#binaries

Yes both are installed.
Yes both can be started from the command line.
it worked a couple days ago and now doesn't.

Hence why I'm wondering about

2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 version 22H2 for x64 based Systems (KB5030300)
being the culprit.

We dont know what the problem is right now, so we cant definitively say either way.
But so far theres no evidence indicating that is the problem.
Have a look in the zap.log - that usually gives us a lot more useful info:

Thanks Simon,

I think we may be chalking this up to angry bits and bytes, since it works just fine today.
