Development of J block

Sir, 

THe J block allotee has received the lease deed letter from YEIDA. In this regard, it is stated that, the basic needs to live anywhere in authorised area are Soaps/Market, School, College, Developed Park, Security, approach road to block, Boundary wall of block and may more etc.

But, nothing of above facility have been found. Hence, all of us may request to authority to develop the above said basic facility within/for the J block plot holders, so the people can reside in J block. The information regarding development of above facility may also be intimated to allotee.

Just issuing the letter for lease deed without providing the basic facility Soaps/Market, School, College, Developed Park, Security, approach road to block, Boundary wall of block and may more etc. will neither be beneficial to authority nor allotee.

Dear all 

Can anyone please clarify as well write an email query to yea 4 followings ;

1. Now a days no where including all upsc exams passport govt appointment ,is asking 4 photos ,forms to be attested by gazetted officer 

2. Similarly no one  is  asking 4 Sig 2 b attested by bank .

3. No one is asking 4 affidavit etc of non judicial stamp paper.

I am going to write as & when when I receive letter like the one in attachment.

Now a days every thing is self certified. So 4 as  lease deed  is concerned it is in the presence of registrar. Officials ,they why yea is asking so many attested items . 

While opening an account even a bank doesn't ask 4 attested set of signs bt asks  three specimen signs .

Dear All

I am also plot holder of sec-18 pkt J. I have also received letter regarding lease deed. 

Recently I talked to one lawyer he said to execute lease deed we need to submit

1- All Installment of challan

2- 64% Extra compensation (which I have not deposited yet)- I am expecting zero period benefit it should be adjusted towards our deposited interest.

3- Original ATL documents (executed in 2010)

4- 475 x 300 SqM= 142500 as lease rent

5- 20000 INR stamp

6- 100 stamp paper for previous ATL

7- one ID proof

8- 15000- 20000 his fee and under table in authority

But after that he told me two things

1- Since previous ATL is done in 2010 and at that time our plot were in sector-18. So may be that ATL will not be applied and may be we need to make fresh ATL. This issue is still under consideration and authority is waiting Lucknow response.

2- Moreover he was telling PLC charges for corner and park facing plot may also require...

At last he said no body has come for lease deed so far as per his knowledge. I think we should not be panic for lease deed let authority clear all their doubts first. They are un necessary forcing us to pay anyhow since 21000 people payment has been stopped after January 2018. Now they are just giving us lolly pop for their bread and butter. Moreover lease deed is time bound i.e. 90- years and i dont think in next 2-3 years pocket J will be habitable. So just wait and watch!

Yes what we all can do we make joint letter and submit to authority to please extend their lease deed dead line until they solve their confusion regarding ATL.  

I hope my input will helpful for my neighbours.
