Some candiates name are not in the list of eligible candiates they already paid the registration amount. YIEDA not conducted the RRPS 02/2019 with 100% transperancy. Those who were present at the time of draw know very well some candidates Names were not included in the eligible candidates list.

If we talk about tranperancy then why YEIDA have not uploaded the All the Eligible candidates list at the official website and draw Venue.

Yes there was no transparency in the draw conducted yesterday. No list of eligible candidates are put on the website before draw and no information about the draw locations. Last one week, I m regularly calling on the Yeida reception, they r saying there is server issue that is why it was not uploaded on the website. Yesterday they have uploaded the draw list of candidates on the website. There is a fraud involved in conducting the draw. The property manager is also not picking d call for last week. I came to know, so many officialls of yeida  have applied in this draw and on last draw.last draw one official of Yeida got name in the list. This time something is there, that is why they have conducted the draw in such short span. No list of eligible candidate s and date of draw/location was not upload ed on the website.

Draw has been conducted but some issues has been by raised by peoples who were present there that theirs name has not put in the draw box while they have deposited their form online and Done payment via NEFT. YEIDA person said this was bank fault. They could not links them. Those persons demands to stop the draw and redraw again by putting their name but YEIDA has continued the  draw after those issues. Moreover YEIDA had not been displayed any list of qualifying participants for draw anywhere. Overall transparency was doubtful. If you could not  avail plot in draw it's means may be your name was not put in the draw box.

Rightly pointed out Mr Gulshan. I made my payment through RTGS and am not in the list it seems. 

I made sure that the amount I transferred was deposited in the said YEIDA account by calling Bank of Baroda using the reference id of the transaction but not sure how they linked it back to my application id. 

I called YEA and they said BOB will be preparing a list so you should email your details to them. I sent all the details multiple times to BOB, YEA but got no confirmation and now I am not in the list. 

Am not sure of the process, may be an RTI or an application to the YEA to publish or share the list of candidates who were made part of this draw and if we were not, then request YEA to take necessary steps.

This is complete failure on YEIDA part as they could not link the registration amount paid online with the application.

The more surprising thing is that they extended the due date from 15Feb to 22Feb knowing clearly that this will take more time for yeida to reconcile the online payment with more applications coming through during this extended time period.

Even more surprising thing is why did yeida allow online option if they weren't capable of handling online applications & linking online payment of registration money?

YEIDA behaved completely stupid by not following the due process.

My application was not included in the eligible candidates list  , I submitted the application and registration ammount before the last date. Authority as well as bank are mainly responsible for not including my name (application no.) in the list. I was also present at Draw venue when i checked the list my name was not there. There are 15-20 candidates which were facing the same issue. YEIDA CEO did not take action after knowing this was YEIDA's fault.

I also applied for the same yieda scheme RRPS-02/2019 and attended the draw in person and seen whatever happened there, people's were asking to stop the draw but authority persons threatened them saying that you are creating trouble in the draw and ordered the police officers available there to get  them away from the draw area. All the officers of yieda were available there and CEO gave fear to the applicants that if Draw is not conducted today then your registration money will engage for a long time since the election are to declare. Now the every thing is being thrown on the bank by the yieda but in actual bank is a third party and applicants have none of the connection with bank as we deposited money in account of yieda, hence over all only yieda is responsible for this fraud conduct of draw, if yieda wish to do fair deal they should stop the process immediately and take care of all other applicant whoever deposited the registration money but bank could not linked them. So all of you register your complaint with yieda immediately in hard copy as well as on email. If possible bring this issue in the notice to the local media, MLA/MP and CM Office before it too late.

GYC gaur, I went there long time ago, the rate was about 35K for krishna villa as they told to me, and recently I got a call from them, there are few units available which got cancelled by the users and total cost is 33lacs approx for 100 sqyrd in other area

I think you have to check with the people who are interested in selling their authority plots rather than  GYC gaur,

The draw for Built-up house scheme (BHS) which was conducted on 26-Feb-2019 has been cancelled by Authority as many allottees protested against the flaws in the draw which were similar in nature of RRPS-02 draw like no list of eligible candidates for Draw etc.

This BHS redraw is scheduled to happen again on 15-March.

I request all the online applicants of RRPS-02 scheme to protest to Authority by visiting to the Authority office and giving their complaints, twittering against flaws in RRPS-02 draw or whatever way possible so that Authority is forced to cancel the the last draw and instead go for re-draw. Please remember we have very less time to highlight this issue before it becomes too late to be action-ed by YEIDA.  

  

I have already made few tweets from my twitter handle @amitsinghal007 so you can either retweet them or can tweet by your own. 

If anyone has any contacts with media, I would suggest to bring this to them so that our voice can be reached to large number of people & Authority in very less time with very less efforts.

I don't understand why authority will conduct RRPS-02 draw again? This would waste resources and people precious time.

I feel it is unfair to re-conduct draw. We should check if name was really missing in the final list. If yes, then authority should compensate and find some other ways to compensate for this error, leaving the option for conducting draw again. Also, recommend to take strict action against people whose negligence caused this issue.

 

I filled the application online followed the complete procedure, sent mail to both email ids (query and rrps02) as mentioned somewhere. By God grace, found my name in successful candidate list, not sure if this allotment would go in positive direction or keep on floating.

The few who are saying they are successful in draw, I am asking two simple questions to help you understand the real issue:

1- Did you submit your application online through Authority website?

2- Did you make payment for registration money by NEFT/RTGS in Bank of Baroda accout?

If answer to both above questions is YES, then you are an online applicant and such candidates weren't part of eligible candidates list for draw as authority couldn't link the the payment with application forms.

Many online applicants present at venue at time of draw protested as their names weren't in the eligible candidates list.

YEIDA officials asked them to give written complaint there itself and below attached is the proof as the page on which application was written was provided by YEIDA.
