It's Summer, but time to get moving and grooving, so I'm giving you a preview
of where we're going with our current work911 ezine.

To celebrate our 20th anniversary of publishing newsletters in electronic and
print format, we're changing up things, or at least testing out a new system.

Attached (if this works properly) is an example of our new look and
functionality.

Apart from upgrading the look of things, we've moved to a graphic type design,
but here's what it will mean for our 9,200+ readers.

1. We'll be on a regular schedule. So you can look forward to receiving our
articles, suggested readings, book suggestions, free offers and book chapters
on a regular basis, instead of sporadically.

2. Each issue will contain between 5-9 "stories" we think are worthwhile and
that will help you improve at work and in your personal life. As indicated
above, these will be handpicked, from among the thousands of articles we
"curate", or write ourselves.

3. We'll be focusing on the things we specialize in: Management and leadership,
communication and conflict advice, social media, customer service issues,
planning of various sorts, and so on. There should be something for everyone on
our distribution list.

I hope you enjoy what's coming, and we'll be doing one or two more "drab" plain
text versions in the next month to talk about some of the things we mentioned
earlier this summer, of particular interest to businesses that use the
Internet.

If you have any problems or suggestions, please send them direct to me at
c...@work911.com We ARE testing this, so any indications of probems appreciated.

An Integrated Strategic Planning Model Help Card Help Card Help Card Product Information In leading strategic
planning sessions, I noticed two problems: First, it was difficult to actually explain strategic planning in everyday
language, and help people see how it can be used in real life to make a real difference in what people do every day.
The second problem was that people tended to forget that just doing a plan is worthless without serious followup
after the fact. So I created two quick-read helpcards on the subject to deal with these issues. This card, the first of
the two part set, maps out the process and the linkages to make plans link to everyday activities. ...
