Uploaded Photos Show "In Progress" After 12-hours

Hello, I uploaded a bunch of pictures yesterday and they are still showing in progress, yet photos just uploaded this morning are showing complete.

Do I need to re-upload all the others from yesterday?

Yes best bet would be to delete the upload that is still processing from yesterday and re-upload it today. That should solve the issue.
