I have weewx running on raspberry pi3 and downloading to weather underground and cwop using a Davis vue weather station.
I have tried several methods to try and download to weatherlink but can't get it to work could someone please list a step by step guide to how this is done.

Let's make sure we are on the same page with our terminology. When we "download" something, we usually mean data flowing from the external service to our computer. However, I suspect that you mean the opposite. Which way do you expect the data to flow from weatherlink? From your computer to it? Or, the other way around?

Currently, there is no way to send data from weeWX to weatherlink. It is a proprietary website that generally expects data from a Davis "IP" logger.

However, there is a driver that will take data that is already in weatherlink and download it to your computer.

Which do you want to do?

I was looking to send data from my weather station to weatherlink via weewx but if this can't be done I will have to go back to using a pc.

Sorry. Unless someone wrote an uploader that I do not know about, sending data from weeWX to weatherlink.com is not possible.
