to my knowledge there isn't. that being said, creating one is always possible as anything else in web2py.

yeah, i know everything is possible if there is a great 'will'. i've already googling it first to find the web2py apps like that before i asked in here. the reason i've asked that because i think web2py is lack of create or drop database like phpmyadmin, or adminer (support more database connection). btw, i've found the answer on this forum how to achieve it.

supports permissions

cool, just a suggestion, i think it's better for web2py to ship the database administration or appadmin with something like this or grid looks like to manage database administration.
