Error Loading WorldClim Environmental Data - Grey Screen

Hey all! I'm new to Wallace and really excited about the project but I'm having a hard time getting the environmental data to work for me.

After clicking to load the environmental data at 2.5arcmin, the little progress bar will pop up and then the whole tab goes grey (picture attached). I thought it may just be a problem with my processing speed/internet so I've left it running but after three hours, I assumed it wasn't going to change. I can still click around within the Env Data tab (though all the tabs other than map, occurrence, and save are empty). I've tried this with and without batch checked (though my current CSV file only has one species so it shouldn't be a problem).

I would really appreciate any help!

Hello Erika.

WorldClim is having problems today. In fact, it doesn't even allow downloads from the website. It must be a temporary error due to site congestion. We'll have to wait a bit, hopefully, it will be resolved soon. If you have the layers downloaded, you can do the whole process by directly loading the layers into Wallace. This will allow you to complete the processing.

Thanks for the response Daryl!

Erica- are you still having this issue? I just tried to load WorldClim data for a species of Bombus (I think from the screenshot this is what you are modeling) and it appears to be working again. Not to say it won't go out again at the drop of a hat... 

You can assume if the screen goes grey it is not going to change. It's always good to check your RStudio or R console to see if there is an error message (red text) to see what may be causing the issue.
