Hello Users,

I am unable to figure out the way to plot the correlation between bonded parameters. The manual says: Use csg_boltzmann to further type : vals vals.txt 1:bond:1 1:angle:A. On doing this I obtain just two columns, not three that the manual says. From the manual it's not very clear as to what the numbers in this command mean. Could someone shed some light on this?

Many Thanks!

This basically means one of the two selections is empty. You can see
possible selections using the "list" command.
It guess "1:angle:A" should be "1:angle:1"

And to add to that the only special selection is *, as in "*:angle:*"
otherwise you will always have to use the number e.g "1:angle:1"!
