usb modem goes off when vagrant is up

i can't  use my usb modem when i start vagrant or virutalbox 5 , it goes offline until i halt vagrant to close the virtualbox  .

any ideas  ?

what base box are you using?

it shouldnt grab usb, but it seem it does.

Do you use VirtualBox gui or just vagrant command line?

i use vagrant /homestead +   virtualbox  5   on  linux  

the problem is solved  by    unchecking    (enable usb controller  ) in usb settings   .

am  trying now  to  browse  the  local site in the virtualbox using 3g modem  but that is another issue  .
