Problem with digital ocean provider installation (gem install error)

I try to install DigitalOcean provider to my host machine (MacOs 10.9.5) . After vagrant plugin install vagrant-digitalocean I get errors:

An error occurred while installing ffi (1.9.5), and Bundler cannot continue.
Make sure that `gem install ffi -v '1.9.5'` succeeds before bundling.

Gem::Installer::ExtensionBuildError: ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

/Applications/Vagrant/embedded/bin/ruby extconf.rb
/Applications/Vagrant/embedded/bin/ruby: invalid option -H  (-h will show valid options) (RuntimeError)


Gem files will remain installed in /Volumes/Data HD/.vagrant.d/gems/gems/ffi-1.9.5 for inspection.
Results logged to /Volumes/Data HD/.vagrant.d/gems/gems/ffi-1.9.5/ext/ffi_c/gem_make.out

I tried to delete vagrant and reinstall, but this not help.

hello, a lot of issues are happening due some xcode upgrade

can you test to run gcc 

sometimes it does ask to accept an EULA .

I often use gcc for c (after you message I checked again because I'm update MacOs), gcc runs correctly, xcode also works without problems.
