My recent verve visit

Hello,

I went to the site on 27 Dec 2015 and saw the very little progress compared my my earlier visit in Oct 2015.

They claimed that they have offered possessions to at least 15+ flat owners in T6 & 3-4 flat owners in T5, not sure how much of it is true.
 
T1 was externally painted and looked decent. Next in line for possession are T1 & T3 with t1 being at more advanced stages compared to T3.

I also noticed the extremely fast metro construction across the main road adjacent to Wipro / new authority office.
This looks the only saving grace for Verve project.

When asked about imminent date of T1/T3 possession, none was sure about when could it be offered.
I got same standard reply that "This year it will be done for sure.

I had taken possession of my flat T-6/803 in may 2014. I moved to US. The flat is locked. I went to India this summer and checked the status.If you know of any potential buyer for my flat, please let me know. Want to sell off if I get a decent price. Thanks HP Nanda

No.....just too possession. Registration is not allowed by Noida Authorities. Thanks

Dear Mr. Nanda,

I am aware of that fact, and hence my question. Unitech offered me possession (without registration obviously) sometime in July 2015 and after consultation with my lawyers, I refused to accept such an offer. I have gone legal, my case has been admitted, and proceedings are ongoing.

Without registration one would not be able to legally prove ownership of property, and hence will not be able to sale it as well. Unitech has more than Rs 1000 crore dure to GR. Noida authorities, against lease payments and as a result authorities do not undertake any more registrations in G Noida.

As per the Times of India, today's edition, Greater Noida Authority has uploaded the names of the real estate projects, for which completion certificates have been issued (partial or full), in their website www.greaternoida.com.

They have done it based on several complaints regarding builders offering possessions, without completion certificates, and that the process is completely illegal, and buyers need to be aware of it.

I downloaded the PDF file, which is attached. It mentions about partial completion in Unitech Reliable Projects Plot 11, Sector-Pi-2, which is Unitech Verve project. However, only numerical unit numbers are mentioned, along with Tower Number, instead of the actual apartment number.
